The Granary gives spacious accommodation for up to 6 guests over 2 floors. One entire side of the ground floor is glazed, giving lots of natural light. The barn's character has been maintained, with exposed stone wall and timbers. Bedroom 1 sleeps 2 in one 5ft double bed. Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds and a bunk bed. Bathroom is off the upstairs landing and has both bath and shower. The living area downstairs is very generously sized. The dining area in the kitchen seats 6 around a pine table. Glazed doors from the living room and kitchen lead out onto a patio area.

Meadow View gives accommodation for up to 4 guests on one level. Bedroom 1 sleeps 2 in one 5ft double bed. Bedroom 2 sleeps 2 in a bunk bed.

Meadow View provides disabled friendly accommodation.

What is included in the price?

Your self catering holiday cottage is fully furnished, with quality mattresses, duvets, linen and towels for each week of your stay, sheets and duvet covers, towels and t-towels changed on a weekly basis. Cot, highchair and some dvds are available on request. Each cottage has its own Iron/Ironing board, washing machine and dishwasher.Tea and coffee/sugar are provided. We provide a full english breakfast pack to include Bacon, sausages, eggs all sourced locally. Prices include electricity, fuel, all inclusive of VAT.

Ample uncovered car parking is available near both cottages in the farm yard, this is security lit at night.

Guests are welcome to use our tennis court if they bring own rackets and balls.

There is a fishing lake available at an extra cost of £15 per day per rod.

We regret that strictly no pets are permitted. However we can supply details of local kennels/catterys if required.

Smoking is not allowed inside the cottages.
